North West

The following organisations work in the North West and provide networks, advice and training for those working in cultural learning.

Centre for Urban Education (CUE) works with children, young people and their families, and the professionals concerned with their education and care, in urban contexts in Greater Manchester, the North West of England and internationally. They run Creative Partnerships in their area, offer resources for urban learners and professionals, and provide bespoke consultancy and project management services.

Creative Futures Cumbria works with creative professionals, including artists, scientists, architects, chefs and web designers, promoting the capacity of the creative and cultural sectors to work within education and across the community to put creativity at the heart of learning. As well as managing Creative Partnerships in Cumbria, they support the development of creativity in schools and the educational sector in general, and increasingly are involved in programmes which focus on family learning and providing access to culture and the arts.

Curious Minds is a creative social enterprise delivering high-quality programmes and services to partners and clients concerned with education and learning, regeneration and cohesion, and the development of social and emotional well-being. Curious Minds manages Creative Partnerships Lancashire, Blackburn with Darwen, and Blackpool, Knowsley, Liverpool, Sefton, St Helens, Wirral, West Cheshire and Halton.
